Even as a persornal trainer, I often find it challenging to fit my workouts into my daily schedule. Nobody said it was easy. Nothing worthwhile in life comes easy. However, the payoff is well worth the time and effort. Most people could find 20 minutes in a day to workout most days of the week but they choose otherwise. They easily fall into the vicious cycle of "someday". Their health gets placed on hold until one day they realize time has passed them by and they are beginning to develop (or have already developed) life-threatenin
The good news is that it is never too late to begin an exercise program. Many people who have lived a sedentary lifestyle most of their lives believe they are too far gone to make any difference. This couldn't be further from the truth. The human body has a keen ability to adapt and people who finally make the decision to get moving and adopt a workout routine will be amazed at how well their bodies will adapt and transform. Isn't it worth your time to look and feel better?
"Someday" is here. Get up and get moving! This can be something as simple as doing a few push-ups, cleaning the house or mowing the lawn. Don't let another day pass by without making this commitment to yourself. Your body will thank you for it.
