Dear TNA: Sound Advice

Dear TNA,

My fiance is constantly pleasuring himself.  I don't understand, we have sex twice a week.  Why would he have to do this?

Concerned,
Mrs Jack Hoff

Dear Mrs Hoff,

The world does revolve around you.  Your fiance's jerking has nothing sexually to do with you.  Masturbation is a stress reliever.  For once think of him, figure out what are his triggers.  Money worries, work stress, or your  constant nagging.  Identify his issues and occasionally offer some oral relief with no strings attached.

Andres

Dear Mrs. Hoff,

You've answered your own question.  Men are not as complicated as women, especially in the smash room.  We eat sleep, have sex, and are happy.  Much like a baby except we crap in the toilet, for the most part.

John Anthony

Best Scary Movies

Halloween is just a few days away and I have been thinking about which movies are my favorite scary movies.  I do not have a long mental database of Horror movies or movies in general, but I do remember a few as a kid that scared the bejeezus out of me.

The first one that comes to mind is "It."  Even to this day a keep a close eye on clowns or storm drains around me, not usually around a lot of clowns but when I am every step is accounted for.  Penwise and Bozo look very similar and maybe we should exhume Bozo just to make sure he is there!

Another movie would be "Nightmare On Elm Street", I would lay in bed at night and tell myself "Don't dream of Freddie! Don't dream of Freddie!"  I still wonder if you die in your dreams, does that mean you will die in reality?  Does anyone know? Let me know, this is a question that really does keep me up at night.

I know this is a short list and there are probably hundreds of more movies to add to the list, but I will end my list with "Freaks" (1932).  Periodically in the parking lots of abandoned shopping centers you will see a pop carnival, circus, and/or sideshows and because of this movie I will not stop.  This movie freaked me out so bad that when I am near children (even my own), midgets, dwarfs, or vertically challenged people in general, I listen very closely and make sure none are chanting "Gooble-Goble! Gooble-Goble!"  You are not going to get me carnies, I am not one of you!

I was curious to know what other people associated with the show and my wife thought about some of the best scary movies, so I asked.

Co-Hosts
John Anthony:  "Dirty Dancing"
Turo: "Nightmare On Elm Street", "Freddy Vs Jason"

Fluffers
Vicenzo and Lou:  "It", "Saw", "13 Ghosts", "Paranormal Activity"
Rich: "Nightmare On Elm Street", "Friday The 13th", "Hellraiser", "The Exorcist", "Halloween", "The Omen", "Event Horizon"

My Wife:  "The Shining", "The Others", and "It", "Dawn Of The Dead", "The Sixth Sense", "Killer Clowns From Outer Space"

President's Address on the Debt Ceiling

Above is the speech President Obama gave to the nation explaining the status of the deficit and debt ceiling issue.

I thought the president did a good job explaining the crisis and why he is pushing for the deal he proposes. He put it in a way that the average citizen can understand and framed the debate between the idea of shared sacrifices versus preserving the wealthy's tax breaks.

I agree with the president that their should be shared sacrifices and by a combination of spending cuts and tax reform we can balance the budget.

I am intentionally keeping this post brief because I know people's heads are probably spinning with all the facts and opinions that have been laid out this past month.

I will end with my suggestion to President Obama and the Congress; separate the two issues. Give the deficit issue its due diligence and work out a solution that is healthy and right for the country and not something that is being forced to be compromised while both branches of government hold guns to the same hostage's head, the American people. Send a clean debt ceiling bill to the president and continue to work on creating more jobs and balancing the budget.

Two cents from Andres
